This is an idea that I had a few weeks ago. But because I had many ideas I didn't do it until now, when I saw the Anthro Trees and Plants Contest [link]
I hope this fits the category.

To the piece itself:
I really love dancing. And my favourite dance is the ballroom tango. I love the harsch movements of the steps and the head in contrast with the soft gliding of the bodies. The passion of the dance is what I really feel while dancing it or while only whaching.
And I love trees. They are reliable. They stand at the same place whenever you look. So they make me feel save. They are like a habour you can count on being there for you. When I was younger I had a few favourite trees where I ran when I felt bad. They where always there for me and I could climp up and tell them anything without being overheard.
So one day I realised the difference between two of the most valuable things I know: Dancing and Trees. They are the complete oposite. So I thought of combining them into two: Two trees, dancing with all the passion they normally are unable to show, unaware of the watchers around them. But Trees are not that flexible. A quick Jive or a lovely waltz wouldn't fit. Tho I chose the ballroom Tango: Imagine them, the hard trunks clashing against each other in an everlasting strikt rhythm, the nearly stalking steps and the sheer force that their movements are.
I really hope you can recognize this in this painting.
Commenst and constructive Critique are always much welcome!
PS: Yes, I know, this is a pose from Tango Argentino, which is much softer than the ballroom tango, but at first I used another pose which just didn't work out the way I wanted it, so I chose this one.

The consuming fire of love.
Stronger than earths foundations.
Love is the core of all.
